Store Policies & FAQ
Because all physical items in the store and printed and shipped to order, no returns will be accepted unless a mistake or damage was made on the manufacturers behalf. If a problem arises with your order due to the manufacturer's error, please contact us first with your order number as well as the product within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Please also include any photos of the damaged or misprinted item. In the case that the manufacturer is at fault, you will receive either a replacement item or full refund (including the cost of tax and shipping).
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly entered address, the customer will pay the cost to have the item reshipped. We highly recommend double checking your delivery address (and verifying your zipcode) before placing your order to ensure this doesn't happen.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that we work with a print on demand company whose policies sometimes change and whose discretion is involved in issuing refunds. We will always do our best to make sure that you receive the best quality product and proper treatment. However, the buy acknowledges that in the case that we are unable to obtain a refund from Printful, refunds may not be given to the customer. You also acknowledge that we have no control over the printing and shipment of your order, and that issues regarding printing and shipping will be negotiated on your behalf by us, but we cannot guarantee changes.
Frequently Asked Questions
I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it for the correct one?
Because all items in the store are print on demand, a size exchange requires an entirely new product and therefore an entirely new purchase. If you have a problem with the size you ordered, please contact us so we can help work out the issue. We will also offer partial reimbursements or future discounts on a case by case basis.
How long until I get my order?
Print and ship times vary by product and location. You can find shipping estimates through Printful's website here: https://www.printful.com/shipping. If you have issues tracking your order or suspect it may be lost in transit, please reach out to us to verify the location of your order for you.
